I’m a birth and postnatal doula supporting women to trust their bodies, honour their intuition and feel deeply held through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. My care weaves cultural awareness, calm presence and lived experience into truly personal support. I live on Hayling Island - right on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex.
