£1500 | Birth Doula Support

Various payment plans are possible

This service is available for families within a comfortable 2-hour drive from Hayling Island. It would be my honour to guide you through the incredible journey of childbirth, providing support both before and during labor, as well as in the initial weeks with your newborn. While I primarily serve clients within this designated catchment area, I am open to considering clients from outside this region; however, additional fees may be incurred to accommodate travel time and expenses.

This service package includes:

  • At least three personalised sessions during pregnancy, designed to prepare your body and mind for childbirth. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs, encompassing a wealth of information from my Preparation section.

  • Access to my library of birth, newborn care, and parenting resources, as well as entry to my New Mama's Circles.

  • On-call support 24/7 during your labor and birth, commencing two weeks prior to your due date and continuing until the arrival of your baby.

  • Six weeks of postpartum support, including up to three visits dedicated to meeting your evolving needs. Whether it's providing assistance with newborn care, offering breastfeeding support, or lending a hand around the house, I am here to support you. Additionally, I offer the opportunity to debrief your birth experience and remain accessible via phone for ongoing support.

Every aspect of this service package is customised to accommodate the unique circumstances and preferences of your family. I am committed to ensuring that your journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood is as smooth and empowering as possible.

£34/h | Postnatal Doula Support

blocks of 12h for £384 or 20h for £600

Just as I support families in preparing for birth and during labor, I also offer emotional and practical support during the postnatal period. I guide new parents through the early stages of family life by providing essential assistance both day and night. During the day, I can help with the baby, older children, light housework, and cooking. By taking over nighttime feeds, changes, and settling, I ensure you can rest undisturbed, whether your baby is bottle-fed or breastfed.

I’m here to support families in whatever way works best for them—whether that’s a few hours a week, or more full-time help over several months. My aim is to gradually step back as you grow more confident in your new role, adjusting my hours as needed. But even when I’m not with you, I’m always just a phone call away for any advice or reassurance you might need.

Unlike a nanny or maternity nurse, a postnatal doula offers more than just baby care. I’m here to nurture and empower the whole family, with a special focus on the mother's needs for successful birth recovery and breastfeeding experience. I’ll make sure you’re well-rested, well-nourished, and always have someone to talk to. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel fully cared for during this special time.

Please note that I do not provide medical advice or support sleep training methods that involve leaving your baby to cry alone.

£5700 | Birth + Postnatal Doula Support

Various payment plans are possible

As your birth and postnatal doula, I’m here to provide calm, caring, and continuous support throughout your journey—both during labor and in those first precious months after birth.

Birth Doula Support: From the moment you choose me as your birth doula, my priority is to help you feel prepared, empowered, and fully supported. I’ll be available for any questions, concerns, or just a listening ear throughout your pregnancy. Together, we’ll discuss your birth preferences, explore different comfort techniques, and build a plan that makes you feel confident and ready.

When labor begins, I’ll be by your side—either at home or in the hospital—offering physical, emotional, and practical support. Whether it’s massage, breathing techniques, or simply a reassuring presence, my role is to help you and your birth partner feel calm, grounded, and empowered throughout the experience.

Postnatal Doula Support: After your baby arrives, I’ll continue to offer support as your postnatal doula, helping you adjust to your new life. Whether you need guidance with baby care, assistance with breastfeeding, or help creating routines, I’ll be there to provide practical help and emotional support. I’ll ensure you’re well-nourished, rested, and have someone to talk to about anything on your mind. As you gain confidence in your new role, we’ll gradually adjust my level of support, but I’ll always be just a phone call away.

My goal is to offer personalized, nurturing support that meets your unique needs. From the challenges of labor to the adjustment period after birth, I’m here to make sure you and your family feel cared for, empowered, and ready for this incredible new chapter.

This offer includes full birth preparation and support plus 2 weeks of 10h/day or nights support postnatally (140 hours in total).

"My husband and I were lucky enough to have Julia support me through my pregnancy right through to labour. Julia was always so supportive, kind and helpful when answering any questions or concerns I had. She was great at explaining things to me or helping me research information to help make the right decision for me. Julia is very easy to talk to and open minded, which when it comes to something so personal such a labour, it is essential.
Julia was so supportive during labour, it was very reassuring having her by my side. My husband also felt very supported having Julia with us. We are first time parents so this whole experience was new for us and we weren't sure what to expect. Having Julia with us was like having our own personal midwife with us through this whole journey. I'd definitely recommend Julia if you are lucky enough to be able to have a doula.
Julia was happy to give us so much of her time and followed up with us after the arrival of our little one, just to check how we were settling at home. What a lovely lady."
