February circle - Love Within

A small, in-person gathering for mothers, held in a calm and supportive space. Each circle includes a gentle opening, guided meditation, shared reflection, a simple creative or ritual activity, and time to connect over snacks and conversation.

In February, we’ll focus on self-love, worth, and care. We’ll spend time colouring self-love affirmations on canvas, letting the hands guide the heart while natural conversation flows. This isn’t about skill or forcing positivity - it’s about presence, self-kindness, and shared support.

Every gathering follows a seasonal theme, offering space to pause, reflect, and reconnect - with yourself and with other women in different stages of motherhood.

No experience is needed. Come as you are.
