Mama's Circle

Mama’s Circles are gentle, in-person gatherings for mothers to pause, reflect and reconnect — with themselves and with other women who understand this season of life.

Each circle follows the rhythm of the seasons and offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, be heard, and tend to what’s present beneath the surface of everyday motherhood.

What to expect

Here, we slow down, tune into our intuition and connect with other women who understand the joys, challenges and magic of motherhood.

Each circle is slightly different, but together we meditate, share our experiences, speak our fears and dreams, join a meaningful creative ritual, and enjoy snacks and conversations before leaving feeling supported, seen and empowered.

There’s no fixing, no pressure to share and no expectation to show up in any particular way.

Who it’s for

Whether you’re early in pregnancy, welcoming your first baby or many years into mothering, this Circle is for you - a place to rest, reflect and remember your strength.

You might feel called if you:

  • are craving space just for yourself

  • want to slow down and breathe

  • miss being around other women

  • feel a lot and don’t want to explain it

  • are navigating change, transition or simply need rest

You don’t need to have experience with meditation or group work.

Mama’s Circles are held in Warsash (Hampshire) in a small, intimate setting with limited places, creating a sense of safety and ease. Circles take place once a month, usually on the first Saturday of the month and last approximately 3 hours. The group size is intentionally small, and the cost is £25 per circle. These gatherings are generally child-free, offering you time just for yourself, but if bringing a non-crawling baby is the only way for you to attend, please get in touch.
